  1. As usual with your videos this is packed with great advise. That batch file is really handy too, and thanks for including it.

  2. Awesome video Brian. Here is a problem i'm having with a pc when you first turn on the computer you see the windows logo and the round circle going around then it goes to a black screen with the circle going around and takes forever to go off. I have ran the sfc command says everything is fine ran a few dism command that came back fine did a also did a disk clean up and even stopped everything in startup witch is only 4 things there and still get the same result its a amd A8 with 8 gb ddr3 ram and a 1tb witch is a sata drive. also after booting in the computer is fast and has no problems runs well for hours on end had it on for 2 days with out a single problem. there is not connected to it but a mouse and keyboard no graphic card but what is onboard. Any ideas thanks

  3. Good vid Brian! SFC didn't find any issues as you're ment to run DISM 1st (point 3 – 3.2 in my steps) & then run SFC . I'd approach it like this – each new
{ IE 3) 4) } step assumes the previous one did not work.

    1) System restore (this should ALWAYS be the 1st step when a random issue pops up).

    2) DISM /online /Cleanup-Image /RevertPendingActions

    3)DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
    3.1)DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
    3.2)DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

I'v not listed DISM restorehealth from a WIM source as it will only 'confuse' most users, unless they're familiar with that option already.

Note: While the running DISM using the /RestoreHealth or /ScanHealth, you will notice the process will seem stuck at 20% or 40%, but it's normal behavior. After a few minutes, the operation will finish as expected.

  4. I have just got a new 8 core desktop PC. Please make a video that shows me on how to install a fresh copy of Windows 7 on the AMD Ryzen 7 motherboard system. How can I make a working bootable Windows 7 DVD where I can use a mouse and keyboard input in boot mode?

  5. Remember to support Britec09 and MS with donations. When I pay for a sketchy product, I donate to those who tell me how to repair it. Only loser is the end user. As Carey Holzman said from his "FREE" website, It's only free if your time is worth nothing. SO, please donate and send these vids to your parents and grandparents. They will be glad to follow this advice after changing the oil in their 1 year old car.

  6. WTH!!! I actually did this shit almost 20 years ago. Install it on someones PC and explain this over the phone. I was a young 40 at that time. Next, tell them to format and install via command line. It's easy, a 10 minute tutorial. WTF? More vids and donations coming as the new update fails. GD Leeches.

  7. Nice video, thank you very much Brian for sharing all of those, learning more things mostly everyone I watch your very informative tuitions!, great to have people out there like you for people like us to increase our knowledge and skills so that then we can help others with computer issues too 🙂

  8. LOL. Windows, damn near daily vids from 1000's of people about issues. A cottage industry. But, hey, It's a great OS for a few scheckles. Imagine the loss of revenue if it actually worked?

  9. Have you seen issues with audio drivers causing full system lock-up? After installing my SoundMAX integrated audio device drivers, the whole operating system locks up. No mouse or keyboard input at all. This was not a problem a few months ago on the same machine with the same drivers. I'm not sure what happened. Do you know of any possible solutions for this?
